New Car!!

I’ve had my Ford Fiesta for just shy of three years now. It’s been a good car, comfy to drive, nippy in traffic, extremely reliable, great in fact, but now it needs MOTing I feel that I fancy a change. I’m not making any other major changes this year - no change in job (at the moment) and no moving to a completely different part of the country. Normally I would do these things every two or three years. I expect a major upheaval every so often.

Blackpool Tower

Yesterday Mark and I went to visit Blackpool Tower. Mark had never been. It’s only a 45 minute drive to Blackpool at this time of year and there’s no problem parking at all. Although it’s freezing cold it’s a pretty good time of year to visit in many ways.

Actually, I just discovered a pretty cool thing - http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/. This is an on-line site where you can sign up to petitions in an attempt to influence government policy. You can even start your own petition if there’s something you really care about.
