Running, well jogging really, but same difference …
For the first time in a very long time I actually ran today! After walking for 5 minutes to warm up I ran for 2.5 minutes at 5.2mph then walked for 2.5 minutes at 3.6mph. I repeated that 4 times so I ran for 10 mins in total. This gave me 1.5 activity points. I then walked so that in total I’d walked for 20 mins gaining another activity point. I was really pleased with myself because I seriously didn’t expect to be able to run for 2.5 minutes. I thought I’d collapse after 30 secs. Afterwards I did my weights routine which gained me another activity point.
What a good girl I am!
