Well the house has technically been on the market since last May, but we hadn’t finished everything that needed doing so there were only a couple of photos on the web. Needless to say we’d had no viewings. Then, out of the blue, we got a call from the estate agent saying someone wanted to view the house today. Hence we’ve spent the past few evenings cleaning and polishing everything frantically.

I have to say the house looks immaculate - I almost wonder if we’ve wondered into the wrong house by mistake! The folk in question have been and had a look, and while I think they probably liked it I don’t think they liked it enough. Not to worry though, it’s got the ball rolling, and the estate agent is coming round on Monday evening to take the rest of the photos. We just have to hope that does the trick, although we’re in no rush to move for the mo.
